Emma Climbs The Slide

Sorry more Easter pictures, but I had to include this. Emma is a climbing freak and she decided she would tackle this slide. She climbed up there on her own and just headed up like it was no big deal that she was going to try to climb up the slide. I guess she figured after she conquered Jathen's bed step ladder that she could do anything! Unfortunately, somehow I didn't get a picture of her once she got to the top. Bummer!

Brylee's Birthday Party - 7 years old!

I decided to do something a little more simple this year, so we decided to take Brylee and her two friends Morgan and Rylee to the movie theater to see The Chipmunks. Then we came back to the house for cake, ice cream, presents and trampolineing! The girls had a great time!

Brylee's Birthday Breakfast!

The night before her birthday, I stayed up late while everyone slept and decorated the kitchen. She was so excited when she woke up and saw it the next morning! It's so neat to see the magic in their eyes! (These pictures don't show all of it, but there was more) She especially liked the birthday girl chair! I even made homemade pancakes, and to make the moring a little less rushed I pre-mixed all the dry ingredients.

It was so much fun to watch Emma go after those eggs! It was funny because while the kids were waiting on the porch for the go ahead, Emma noticed an egg in the flower pot on the porch and picked it up, man that girl is smart!

So I told the kids I wanted some nice pictures for Easter, of course this is what I got from Jathen, it took several trys before I could get a seroius one. Makes for good memories though and fun pics!
